What services can I ask?

Every plan includes the full of Fluid services . You can use your plan only for Design or only for Webflow designing. It's up to you.

What is Fluid Design?

Fluid is our boutique creative agency. We make websites with Webflow based on our 4-sprint process, starting with discovery and persona research.

Is the Marketing service available?

Marketing service is an Alpha service. We’d like to create more plans that contain design, front-end, and marketing services too. Currently, we gather feedback so feel free to write yours: soma {at} fluiddesign.pro

Do we have weekly check-in calls?

We write a lot and make videos: We don't have a lot of live meetings; we'd like to protect your and our productivity.

What if I'm unhappy with the result?

There is absolutely no need to worry. We'll refine your task until you’re 100% satisfied.

What is your tech stack?

I use Figma. But I use Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo too. Front-end only in Webflow.

When will I receive my designs?

In the majority of cases, requests are completed in less than two days. However, more complex requests can take longer. Here is some example: Small web tasks, edits‍: Sameday - 1 day; ‍Individual pages‍ Static pages: 1-4 days / page; Advanced pages: 5-7 days / page; ‍‍Full websites which are a mix of static, CMS, and advanced page types: ~15-20 days or custom qoutation; ‍‍CRO tasks‍ like setting up goals, tracking, and testing: Sameday - 2 days‍‍; Workflow tasks: Sameday - 3 days

How do I request design tasks?

In your personal ClickUp board. FluidGo is in Beta, so it can be changed. You can create a ClickUp card with the details or share a Google Doc, but recording a brief Loom video can also work. You can also add me to your Slack in the Fluid 30 plan.

Is it unlimited requests?

Yes! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like and they'll be delivered one by one.
